Staff Qualifications

All staff provided through our services meet strict requirements, including:

· Relevant education (CYW, DSW, SSW, or equivalent)

· Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check

· First Aid & CPR Certification

· Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI) / Safe Management Training

· Ongoing training in trauma-informed care and behavioural support
